The "suite" was a bit misleading but spacious. Front desk staff were friendly. The whirlpool jacuzzi was a nice touch. Convenient location near Arundel Mills mall. Some maintenance issues and noise from smoking were disappointing but manageable. Overall, clean and comfortable stay.

For a family gathering, our recent stay was convenient due to the hotel's proximity to attractions like a historic mansion and a local park pavilion. Despite minor issues like broken amenities, the friendly staff made our stay comfortable. The location was quiet, with easy access to amenities like a mall and a casino, making it a good choice for a short getaway with loved ones.

I lovely spend 1 night in Elkridge. My deluxe room and bed were extremely comfy. The hotel staff was efficient and respectful.

The staff were super friendly and helped me book the right room before my trip to Philadelphia but sent me to Maryland instead; however, the hotel is only 3.5 miles away, so no biggie. The jacuzzi was bomb - clean, comfy room, and a fab bathroom. The room setup was quirky - not like a one bedroom suite, more like a massive space with wing walls, and the shower head was loose, but all good vibes overall. 🌟

By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in Elkridge, had much fun and met helpful staff from the guest agents to management. I loved the room with the jacuzzi tub, the bed was comfortable. The food was good - lots of options.

Totally such great experience. The hotel was clean and friendly, had free wi-fi. We loved our queen room, it was non-smoking and attractive. Set in pretty quiet area, eateries and restaurants were close to the venue.

Well-kept and fairly clean place, the rooms are brand-new. Good beds, a personal safe, a flat-screen TV and a fridge in the room. The fact that it has a speedy check in, that worked great for us.

This hotel is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked into the spacious lobby with two large televisions and a roomy breakfast area, I knew I was in for a great stay. The location is perfect, nestled in a pretty neighborhood and just a stone's throw away from a large strip mall and plenty of good restaurants. The staff here is truly exceptional, from Milton who went above and beyond to provide excellent service, to Rikki who made sure there was always food available during breakfast. The rooms are well-appointed, and I absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub - it was the perfect addition to my stay. The hotel also provided good wireless access, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. And of course, I can't forget to mention the breakfast - those cinnamon rolls were simply divine!

The neighborhood is very quiet and it’s conveniently close to the interstate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Jessup for a business trip. My stay was for 3 nights and everything was wonderful! The room was clean and well-stocked, with a mini-fridge that came in handy. The spacious room and bathroom were comfortable, and the WiFi signal was strong. The beds were cozy and the pillowcases were marked "soft" and "firm," a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious foods, including a neat pancake maker. The hotel staff was friendly and always greeted us. A perfect location with easy access to Baltimore and Columbia, with restaurants within walking distance.
